BREAKING: Broncos Reel in RB

New, comments

It all started with this...

... by now, with tweets like this, Bronco Nation knows the coaches have landed a new recruit. A couple of minutes later, this tweet hit the Twittersphere:

Cory Young, a 3-star running back from Norco, California, has decided to take his talents to The Blue™. Young finished the 2013 season with 2,450 rushing yards for 22 touchdowns.

Also, the Broncos picked up a verbal commitment from Jerhen Ertel over the weekend. Ertel is a 6'6", 280lb OT out of tiny Bagdad, Arizona (population 1,578) by way of Glendale Community College (population 19,133). Ertel has two years to play two seasons. Ertel was lightly recruited out of high school because Bagdad plays a man's sport, 8-man football. 8-MAN! He managed to blossom at Glendale CC and should provide depth to a group that won't have a senior in it next year.
