Turning point
Jeff Elorriaga's 13 first-half points (he had 10 total points in the last six games combined) put Boise State in the driver's seat by halftime, and the Broncos used a 12-3 run early in the second half to put the game away, on a really tall shelf, where not even a basketball player could reach it.
Ramifications
The Broncos have now won four of their last five for some much-needed momentum going into their next two games - at UNLV and home to No. 5 San Diego State. Last night's win gives Boise State five conference wins on the year - a feat that wasn't accomplished until February 20 last season.

Stat stuffers
Ryan Watkins continued his torrid pace with another double-double - 16 points, 13 rebounds - passing Tanoka Beard for fifth in school history in rebounds. Any Tanoka Beard fans out there?
