Looks like the school up north is on the hook for $400K from Alaska Airline, to get flights to Moscow. For some odd reason they couldn't sell enough tickets to make it worth the Airline's trouble. Even the Wazzu pitching in for $100K wasn't enough to make it worth it for the Airline.
