Well! The summer is heating up in Boise, as we’ve reached that stretch of mid-July to mid-August where you just kinda pray your A/C unit holds up to the punishment. But the good news? We’re over halfway through the countdown! only about 7 weeks of us waxing poetic about players are left. Let’s get right to today’s subject— EDGE Dylan Herberg

How’d he get to the Blue™?
Kid went to Timberline and decided to take his talents to *checks notes* a little ways down the road to Boise State! After walking on and working his way into a job the past few seasons, he was awarded a scholarship last season.

80’s heartthrob Corey Feldman once rocked the same flow and smile, at least according to our prediction engine.
Career Highlights
Aside from being a solid defensive piece, Dylan’s big highlight was returning a blocked punt for touchdown against New Mexico last season. That’s one for the memory chest.
2022 Prospectus
This one is a bit murky. After three solid seasons, Dylan was poised to return to the gridiron as a solid piece of the defense, and likely on a starting rotation with Isaiah Bagnah, Demitri Washington, and incoming transfer George Tarlas. However, Dylan was arrested for a DUI on January 31st, and was indefinitely suspended from team activities. He is, however, still listed on the roster.

While a DUI is no small mistake, there’s often a road back, even for players who royally screw up, provided they clear their legal and policy obligations. Hopefully, this arrest helps crystallize the importance of personal decisions and responsibilities for Dylan. Fall camp may bring us more answers.
Is he on Twitter?
Yes, but likely due to previously mentioned events, he has a private account.
