Wake Up, Bronco Nation: Kellen Moore; Changes to CFB season; Georgia Southern

Today I saw a dwarf climbing down a prison wall.

I thought to myself, “That’s a little condescending.”

Welp. This sucks

But isn’t unexpected. It kind of throws a kink in our Countdown though.

Clearly not much anyone can do about this. And the health and safety of the athletes, coaches, and support staff is of the utmost importance. These decisions are never easy but sometimes making the tough but clearly the good ones are what’s going to save the season in general.

About that Georgia Southern game

Gonezo (at least this year).

Not sure who the Broncos are going to get to replace them considering Boise State gets two non-conference games, if they want them. I assume that the Marshal game is toast. So that leaves BYU in Boise and, possibly, an FCS team from in-state? That’s just an idea.

Keeping Kellen Moore is ALWAYS a brilliant move

This article details that COVID-19 hampering certain aspects of the NFL season could cause some issues for coaches as they try to install new systems and whatnot. That the Dallas Cowboys kept The Chosen One helps keep some consistency. I, for one, would always try to keep Kellen Moore. But that’s a story for a different day.
