Wake Up, Bronco Nation: Going rogue?; ICYMI recap

NCAA Football - Tostitos Fiesta Bowl - Boise State vs Oklahoma - January 1, 2007

Have you seen Mount Rushmore before it was carved?

It was unprecedented.

Could teams go rogue and play despite conference cancellations?

Quick aside: this article doesn’t mention the Broncos—at all. But the idea of soldiering forth and playing despite the conference deciding to end things is a difficult call. Not sure how that would look like and if Boise State could even do it (short answer: probably not). There are so many logistical things you have to make happen just to make regular football happen, toss in a pandemic when only a handful of schools are playing? Fuhgeddaboutit.

Ryan recapped what happened and certain scenarios

Yeah, I am linking to another OBNUG article but whatever. Ryan put together some really good thoughts and put some stuff at ease (are players really going to try and leave right now?). If you haven’t had the chance to read it yet, you should.

This one is going to take some getting used to. Hipsters who dress like Jackie from ‘Roseanne’.
