Signing Day: The Sequel

2020 class rolls on

The Broncos already signed a solid group of guys in December, but the second national signing day has arrived (formerly known as “regular signing day”) and Boise State still has a few schollies to give...below is a list of the guys who’ve chosen to receive said schollies. Here’s looking at you, 2020!

Jonathan Earl, CB

JuCo product is 6’3”, so has uncommon size at the position. He’ll have “3 years to play 2”

Cade Fennegan, QB

After a lot of whiffs, Broncos finally get their 2020 QB—and had to fend off USC to land the services of the soon-returning missionary.

Brock Miller, LB

This one’s been known for a while as Mr. Miller is grad-transferring from NC State, but watching his film, it’s clear this is more than a depth addition. Miller is a sideline-to-sideline LB that will really help bolster that unit.

Cole Wright, WR

The Broncos lost out on one-time commit Chance Luper on early signing day (he eventually pledged to Missouri), but landed yet MORE depth and talent at an already deep and talented position with the under-the-radar Wright.

Kyle Juergens, OL

Juergens was a one-time USC commit before being ghosted by the Trojans (fun fact: his recruiting coach was Chad Kauha’aha’a). The Trojans loss is the Broncos’ gain as the big-bodied lineman re-pledged to Boise State. He’s nearly 6’5” and seems to have the frame that will handle more weight well.
