This one may be more a clear-cut favorite than the QB vote (and that was a no-brainer). Avery Williams has housed six returns during his tenure at Boise State and, maybe(?), he could do it again this year. I wouldn’t put it past him since teams still have the audacity to punt/kick it to him. Having said all that, the other Broncos on the list are fine in their own right, but can’t turn down the obvious pick.

The Mountain West tweaked the format for the BB season

This teak affects both the men’s and women’s teams. This sounds about right. We don’t know if the basketball teams will be able to play their whole season, but I certainly hope they will. Or at least give it the good ol’ college try. I just hope that they are truly able to do it safely.
