Since this year is a scrub year with all conferences in and out of their status quo, I am asking for an exceptional finale.

I request the Mountain West Conference Commissioner arrange with the AAC commissioner a challenge between the highest ranked conference champions-to be played in lieu of conference divisional championships.

The commissioner of each conference will have the final decision on which team will champion their conference, and the game between the champions will be played on the home field with the best media sports contract. Home teams will be responsible for paying the travelling teams expenses.

This inter-conference game is meant to be played as the last seasonal game-but-is not not to replace or interfere with post-season bowl births. Bragging rights will belong to the better seasons champions-only good for this exceptional partial year of events.
