Heard ESPN wanted Boise State’s Jan. 8 home game vs. UNLV to be a 9pm tip for ESPN2/U broadcast. Curt Apsey and Leon Rice didn’t want Wednesday night game at 9pm, so the game is now 7pm on ESPN3. Gave up TV game for earlier start for fans.

Good on the administration and Coach Leon Rice for prioritizing the home fans on this one and not TV screens. At this juncture, the MBB may not be appointment television. But I suppose it could be at some point.
