Just a tad over two weeks until kickoff. The grind is real folks. With 17 days until Boise State and Florida State tussle we have—Phillip Mills

Stats
Height: 6-2
Weight: 231
High School: Paloma Valley HS, Menifee, CA
How’d he get to The BlueTM?
Being the first commit in his class, sticking with it, and signing on the dotted line in December 2017.
Mills had offers from Air Force, Army, Hawaii, New Mexico, Washington State, and _yoming.
Nickname
”General”
I’m sticking with this one dang it!
Look-alike
Let’s go someone old school today: James MacArthur

Career highlights
He redshirted last year. But he did this his senior year of high school: 91 tackles (55 solo) with 14.0 tackles-for-loss and 10 sacks, one interception and three fumble recoveries through 12 games. That’s a lot.
2019 Prospectus
Welp. Swing and a miss for me based on last year’s prospectus. I guess it isn’t a waste to not throw a guy out when possible. I did mention it would be hard to crack the three-deep and, well, I was right about that part! Problem is it really hasn’t gotten any easier. So I am going to go ahead and pull a 180 from that and I think this is the year Mr. Mills definitely makes it on the field—in a rotation. Injuries are always the wildcard here and, well, there are always injuries. Look for Mills to get some heavy rotation with the distinct possibility of starting a game or two.
Is he on Twitter?
Yeah, but he’s not too active.

Completely made up fact
Despite the nickname above, Phillip does create a lot of fire while on the field. So scientists have started calling him a FireMill.
