In a nutshell: Boise State may still end up a part of the stadium arrangement with the city and Greenstone. Which is not surprising. Someone in that partnership is desperate and it isn’t Boise State. The assumption is Boise State will move forward with whatever arrangement makes the most sense so we shall see soon enough.
