Some coaching news happened over the weekend
Steve Addazio is the new head coach at Colorado State. Which is, in a word, hilarious. Essentially a career-.500 coach coming out west to try his hand. It sure is something. Since the hire happened within the division it is sure is comforting.
Marcus Arroyo at UNLV. It’s a pretty lucrative contract at that. The Rebels definitely made the right choice in the Ducks’ offensive coordinator. Because had they chosen the defensive coordinator it would have been... disappointing.
Zak Hill off to Arizona State. Which isn’t shocking. It was only a matter of time. Wish it would have happened after the bowl game, but whatever. Good for Hill. The obvious choice seems obvious for his replacement.
