We had some stuff happen over the past week. Let’s dish out some Game Balls for it!
Game Ball One:
Lauren Ohlinger (VB)

Ms. Ohlinger helped lead the Broncos back to a W last week against New Mexico. She led the team with 22 kills.
Game Ball Two:
The entire swimming and diving team (S&D)
This is 100% a copout. The team faced off against _yoming and the school up north and, well, they mollywhomped both of them. Want to know how bad? Here is the recap against the Cowgirls. And this one is for the team that hails up north. With such total domination it’s hard to pinpoint who really led the way. So they all get a Game Ball. The Broncos are ready for the season and it is exciting to see them get out of the gates so quickly.
Game Ball Three:
Jazel Bowers (SOC)

Ms. Bowers helped lead the Broncos get atop the conference with a goal against New Mexico in a 1-0 win yesterday. The win puts the Broncos 5-1 in the MWC (11-2 overall) and put the squad a game ahead of three times tied for second with at 4-2.
Game Ball Four:
George Holani (sport)

The dude had three total touchdowns for the Broncos. And only 64 yards rushing!!! He was certainly on one during Homecoming and I am here for it!
Game Ball Five:
John Hightower (sport)

Heh.

Per the Boise State sports information department, Mr. Hightower has 10 receptions of 40+ yards. What is the record in the NCAA for that? Because, man, that has to be somewhere close?
Game Ball Six:
Bronco Nation (FANS!)

It was a pretty darn good night to be a Bronco. Homecoming. Dan Paul. The sellout (and new record) crowd. Everything was turning up Broncos, especially the crowd. Really good job everyone.
Your Turn
There are a lot more that can go here. Let me know who else.
