Last week was a decent week to be a Bronco. The volleyball team swept the Idaho State Invitational tournament, the soccer team won their matches, and the football team whooped up on a good Troy team.
Well we weren’t the only ones paying attention because the brass at the Mountain West Conference recognized some stellar play.
To go along with Tyler Horton’s defensive player of the week, the volleyball team and soccer team also had honors.
First off, volleyball with the Broncos’ own Jessica Donahue:

This also goes along with Donahue’s Idaho State Invitational MVP honor after the tournament (which means I obviously goofed on the Game Balls).
Not to be outdone, Bronco soccer also got in on the action with Raimee Sherle:
A well-deserved honor for @raimee_sherle! Her three goals last week earns her @MountainWest Offensive Player of the Week honors! #BleedBlue

Ms. Sherle has picked up where she left off from last year’s production. And the MWC took notice.
Congratulations to both of these Broncos for their performances and putting their teams in positions to win.
