I don’t want to pat myself on the back (too much) but I think this goes without saying:
Let’s have some fun.

MWC players of the week:
Gotta thing that Horton is a lock for the Defensive with two defensive TDs.
Offense: Rypien? There any other offensive players worthy (UNR shouldn’t count bc they played an FCS team)?
Stupid misspellings aside, my point still stands.
Horton’s defensive two-TD effort was pretty darn good on Saturday. To that end, the Mountain West Conference also made sure to agree with my correct prediction.
The Kings of Chaos add to their treasury!

Congrats to @OohHorton
on being named @MountainWest
Defensive Player of the Week after his 2-TD effort at Troy, and to Durrant Miles for being added to the Ted Hendricks Award Watch List!#BleedBlue

I think my favorite line from this release is the opening one:
The Kings of Chaos added to their treasury
It’s nice to see that Horton is taking advantage of his final season at Boise State. It seems as though each of the captains are making waves, at least for now, and stepping up in their roles. I know that Frazier did not have the stat sheet of some of the other Broncos, but he played well and stopped the Troy two-point conversion from succeeding.
Course, it’s not a wonder that Rypien didn’t get the Offensive Player of the Week. Cole McDonald of Hawaii absolutely lit up Navy in the Warriors’ win on the island.
Ah well. Can’t win them all I suppose.
Congratulations to Mr. Horton on what appears to be an exciting senior season.
