Boise State Game Balls for Week of Sept. 16 - Sept 22

Last week was a bye week for football, but we do have some other stuff that happened. Let’s go.

Game Ball One:

McKenna Kynett (soccer)

In last Sunday’s win over Idaho State and Friday’s win over Nevada, Kynett dominated. She scored one goal against the Bengals and scored both of the Broncos’ goals against the Wolfpack. Kynett and resident MWC Player of the Year candidate, Raimee Sherlee, have been on a goal-scoring tear. But Kynett gets the Game Ball for this week.

Game Ball Two:

Tara Finigan (golf)

The senior Portland State transfer (who doesn’t have an official head shot yet) helped lead the Broncos in a tournament win at the Ptarmigan Ram Classic. Not only did Ms. Finigan helped the team win, but SHE placed first overall. Pretty great effort from the new Bronco.

Game Ball Three:

Sabryn Roberts (volleyball)

Broncos had a bit of a rough week. They got swept by UNLV but then bounced back to sweep New Mexico on Saturday. Roberts had herself some games in both.

Your Turn

Anyone else deserving of a Game Ball?
