#95, Nick Provenzano, RS Sophomore, Weakside Linebacker

Stats
Height: 5’11”
Weight: 227 lbs
High School: Damien High School, Glendora, CA. It’s an actual place. Insofar as Google can be trusted, anyway. I searched it and he did not, in fact, go to high school inside of one of our writers. At least not that the internet can prove.
How’d he get to The BlueTM?
Nick walked on to the Broncos, as did his brother, after a career of note at Damien High School. He had no offers heading into the college level, even after he was selected to the All-Baseline League Second team as a senior. He earned those honors after racking up 101 tackles and 2 sacks.
Nickname
”Hit Stick Nick”
All great console versions of football games included the hallowed “hit stick”. A flick of one of the joysticks in the direction of a ballcarrier and one could force a fumble, an incompletion, or just cause carnage of the general sort. Watching Mr. Provenzano’s highlights, one could see how the two might belong in the same sentence.
Look-alike
You can call him “James Marsden” all you want, and people that view “27 Dresses” as anything other than a black mark on his career might. However, the dignified and cultured among us will only know him as the X-Man with the most piercing of gazes: “Cyclops”.

Career highlights
As of yet, Nick Provenzano has not had the chance to make a statistical impact for the Broncos.
2018 Prospectus
Having noted that Provenzano (Subcategory: “Nick”) has yet to have any stats...he plays linebacker. And although Boise State is deeeep at that position, Avalos rotates a lot of bodies through it. There’s also the whole ‘special teams’ thing, where #95 will have his chances to contribute.
Is he on Twitter?
Affirmative.
Thank god for the Stars and Stripes

Completely made up fact
Nick and his brother Joe are descendants of Bernardo Provenzano of the Sicilian Mafia. Since a natural inclination toward being hitmen is still in their blood, but also socially unacceptable, the two went on to become the next closest thing: Linebackers.
