I accidentally microwaved some dollar bills.
Now there are some hot singles in my area.
And another Bronco has left the football team
This is bound to happen every year.
Sophomore-to-be Derriyon Shaw is leaving #BoiseState. He redshirted (and battled an injury) in 2016 and didn’t play in a game in 2017. pic.twitter.com/IPv0FeVNlJ

Guys need to make these decisions that best suit their goals. While I am certainly bummed that any of these guys feel the need to go, sometimes it is for the best. I wish Shaw nothing but the best going forward no matter where he goes.
ICYMI: the ‘Go Broncos’ from the other day is revealed
And it is... a shocker. I wasn’t sure how to process the information as I was reading it. But, at the end of the day, it all makes sense. Tony Lashley wants to continue playing for an FBS school and have a chance to win some more games.
Also: this may work out for both UI and Mr. Lashley. As you read in Drew’s article Lashley has four kids, and being a full-time college student who is also on the football team is going to take up a lot of time and financial resources. Because the Vandals are going back down to FCS, they have to trim their scholarship load to 63. The Vandals can offer partial scholarships to their players and that is most likely how they are keeping their roster while simultaneously capping at 63 scholarships. Lashely would have had a cut in his scholarship. This works for everyone.
CBS Sports has a post-spring top-25
Do the Broncos make an appearance?
Chandler Hutchison headed to the NBA combine
Former @BroncoSportsMBB guard Chandler Hutchison tells me he has received an invite to the NBA Combine later this month. #BoiseState

I hope his draft stock is still high despite the way the season ended.
Bronco SB doing pretty well for themselves
And they’ve got the athletes to prove it.
History is rewritten! A week after sweeping Mountain West weekly honors for the first time since 2012, Boise State becomes the first school to do so in back-to-back weeks since 2011! Congratulations, @_rebekahlynn and @KelseyRene1 https://t.co/cz4jsoy1d2 #BleedBlue pic.twitter.com/BeimCORQ1e

This team is just two years removed from a 14-win season. And have the capability to win a few more along the way to reach their record total of wins. This is pretty great for the squad.
USA Today does a re-ranking of the preseason top-25
And what do we have here?!
Speaking of some stud athletes...
The Broncos women’s track & field squad is representing quite well.
There is only one women's program in the @NCAA to have top-five #EventSquad rankings in the 1,500m, 3,000m steeplechase and 5,000m according to the @USTFCCCA...

Not too bad Broncos. Not too bad at all.
How about another CFB spring ranking?
Sure, why not. This one from College Football News. Two MWC teams in the bottom five of this ranking. Pretty cool. Pretty cool...
(Spoiler: no, Broncos are not in the top-25.)
The Athletic drops their top-25 as well
Course, theirs is behind a paywall so you’ll need to shell out some bucks to read it.
2019 Draft top-100 prospects
You will see two former Broncos on this list. Who and where are they? Oh, and Josh Allen again!
