Well it happened. A little later than we all probably would have predicted, or wanted, but the important thing is that it happened at all.
Cedrick Wilson got drafted! And the funniest thing is, you’ll never guess where.
Wow the Cowboys do it again! They just took Cedrick Wilson of Boise State.

Yep. The Dallas Cowboys have taken another Bronco to add to the cadre. By my count that makes three Broncos on the defense, one on the offense, and one coach. That is a considerable about of investment that one club has in former Boise State athletes.
While this process was going, it was kind of a shame that Wilson didn’t have as much buzz about him that he should have. I had predicted that he would go either late fourth, or fifth round. Having fallen to the sixth round is, to me, quite a shock.
A fantastic route runner with a great ability to go up and get the ball. With sure hands, and just enormous amounts of toughness, Wilson was able to become one of the all-time greats for the Broncos even with his short two-year tenure in Boise.
Wilson has the ability to become a great slot receiver on the next level. He could—should—become a steady and consistent presence in the redzone with his ability to be where he is needed.
Congratulations to the former Bronco has he continues to the next phase of his football career.
