Well, Leighton Vander Esch hype-train continues

Here is one from Sports Illustrated: College Freaks set to turn heads at the 2018 NFL Combine. The “magic number” LVE needs to hit for his 40-yard time is 4.65. Under that and he’ll be cashing checks. Over that and it’s slightly smaller (though still a LOT larger than mine) checks.

You’ve seen this LVE clip a lot but, who cares, you’re going to see it again.

Mike Mayock, from the NFL Network, thinks LVE is headed to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Which could very well be the case.

I’ve always wondered what it felt like to drain a game-winner in the crucial seconds. I mean, I’ll never know what it’s like. But at least it’s good to see future Boise State athletes having the clutch gene.

Malik Pope may not play tonight against the Broncos

Ever since his name popped up in that Yahoo report he has been suspended by the Aztecs. Which is kind weird.

They should just take the Arizona approach with Deandre Ayton. Arizona Coach Sean Miller stepped away from coaching the game versus Oregon but Ayton still laced it up. Logic being: If the NCAA investigates Ayton, and finds something bad, they’re hosed anyway. Might as well play him on the chance nothing ‘bad’ happens. Miller is probably still getting fired though.

At any rate, the Aztecs will be fired up for the game so it should be a good one.

Bronco WBB will be at home tonight

It is the final home game for the Broncos WBB team. And Senior night. So if you are able to attend, it would sure be swell if you could go.
