Wake Up, Bronco Nation: Swimming selections; James Reid retires; Demarcus Lawrence; Riley Lupfer

I once dated a woman who is in the FBI.

She’s my fed ex.

James Reid has retired from pro basketball

Which is quite the bummer.

Has to be frustrating to stop playing a game you have invested so much time in due to injury. A lot of athletes don’t get to leave the game on their own terms. So having to medically retire, at such a young age, has to be tough. Good luck to Mr. Reid and the rest of his future.

Cowboys plan to franchise tag Demarcus Lawrence

Which means Mr. Lawrence is about to get paid. Kudos for him. He hit his stride last year and was able to do some remarkable things. A bit of a bummer the Cowboys didn’t make it to the playoffs to capitalize on his success, but things happen. Hopefully he’s able to repeat last year’s production.

Chandler Hutchison’s go-to In-N-Out order

Going to have to try this the next time I am around one.

The Mountain West Conference released All-MWC team

And it features the Broncos with the most individual performers and the most relay teams. So, we got that going for us.

Like father, like son

Boise State WBB Riley Lupfer gets another nod

She’s the Mountain West Conference Player of the Week again. Boo-yah!
