NCAA Football: Fresno State at Boise State Brian Losness-USA TODAY Sports

Another productive week and another set of Game Balls. (Last week’s submission without pictures worked out great so, going forward, this is going to be sans pictures.)

Game Ball One:

Riley Lupfer (bb)

Last week was a good one for the Broncos. Despite the Lousville loss (which was pretty competitive despite the score) the Boise State had some solid wins down in California for the 2018 Beach Classic. Ms. Lupfer hit a final three to pull out the 61-60 win against Northern Iowa. She was the Preseason MWC Player of the Year selection for a reason.

Game Ball Two:

Pat Dembley (bb)

This year has been a rough one for the Broncos. With only two wins under their belt so far, they have been put in some odd spots. \

Against Illinois State the Broncos came thisclose to taking down the Redbirds at the Cayman Classic. Pat Dembley had led the Broncos with 17 points in the comeback attempt. The Broncos will hit their stride sooner or later.

Game Ball Three:

Alexander Mattison (fb)

Mattison is a grown man. And Saturday just reiterated that fact. 200 yards rushing. Three TDs. Basically putting the game away with a 59-yard run on the Broncos’ final series.

In the immortal words of KTVB’s Jay Tust: Boom.

Your Turn

Let’s hear it folks.
