Coeur D’Alene standout tight end Cole Ramseyer committed to the Broncos tonight. It was very subtle, but was followed up by Coach Harsin’s traditional “Go Broncos” tweet.

Considered the #3 player in the state, Cole is listed at 6’4 and 230lbs. He is a 3-star recruit according to Rivals and had offers from Montana and Idaho as well as Boise State. He definitely poses a size mismatch for defenders. while he might not outrun them with his 4.8 40, 230lbs is tough to bring down.
So far, his Vikings are 3-1 and have a game this Friday against Camas. He currently has 5 receptions for 108 yards, 1 carry for 15 yards, 20 total tackles, 2 TFL and a sack. In 3 years of play with the Vikings, he has 69 receptions for 947 yards and 7 TDs.
I expect the Broncos might take one more tight end. While we have a lot of talent at the position, Jake Roh and Alec Dhaenens will graduate and Jake Knight left the team due to reoccurring injuries. Nick Crabtree also moved to the offensive line this season. That will leave Chase Blakley, Matt Pistone and John Bates as the remaining tight ends. Crazy how much the roster can fluctuate.
Welcome to Bronco Nation Cole! Go Broncos!
