Wake Up, Bronco Nation: Lyle Smith Celebration of Life; Kellen Moore plays tonight; Men’s BB addition

At first I wasn’t sure where I wanted to eat my cereal.

But now I am thinking outside the box.

Lyle Smith Celebration of Life today

If you are able to attend, it would be really cool to see some pictures in the comments.

Kellen Moore to play tonight

It is the NFL Hall of Fame Game in Canton, OH. The Cowboys versus the Arizona Cardinals. Probably should expect a lot of time from Kellen since I doubt the Cowboys will be playing Dak Prescott at all.

Jamar Taylor is an integral part of the Cleveland Browns’ defense

Mr. Jamar Taylor has worked hard to be in this great position. Am curious just how far the Browns will be able to go when they don’t have much of a QB. Oh well. At least Taylor can succeed independently of the offense.

Orlando Scandrick is going to be playing with a chip on his shoulder this year

I’m not a Cowboys fan, but the fact they’ve drafted 17 cornerbacks and none are currently on the team is incredible. Have to hand it to Scandrick to remain on the roster!

Leon Rice’s son, Max Rice, is playing for the Broncos

This is going to be pretty cool.

The one thing that I would be concerned about, if my father had involved me in his ventures like this, is the perception that I would have been treated special. But I don’t think that will happen here. Coach Rice wants to win and is all about pushing all his players equally.

More Darian Thompson and Landon Collins connection

The two seem to be really in sync with one another. Good for Thompson in developing that relationship.

Jay Ajayi confirmed with a concussion

Wish him a speedy recovery. Things of the brain is no joke.

Matt Paradis getting back into team practice

Two hip surgeries. That is a lot to recover from. I am glad he is back and competing again.

Also: Matt Paradis among the most underpaid players

Yes. Yes I believe this to be true. He’s already not going to be paid a ton due to the position he plays. But he also had to battle just to get to his starting spot.

Tanner Vallejo standing out in special teams

The point is just making the 53-man roster at this point. Got to start there and then we can talk about Mr. Vallejo starting on the defense. Baby steps. Baby steps.
