Seriously though. 1996. Ashley Ambrose had 8 interceptions. And—additional fun fact—he had as many career interception return yards as he did tackles: 512. So it’s very encouraging he was ‘bothered’ by the lack of turnovers last year. If anyone can fix that problem, a guy with 42 career INTs might have some good input.
