This just provides just a little more info, and context, to what is going on with the addition of baseball and the elimination of wrestling. There are a lot of numbers on here. Some will be surprising. Others won’t. Some good comparisons, though, with what the Broncos can look forward to in regards to the money part of this whole thing. One big hint: it is a money loser. But curious if the Boise sports market might be able to do better than some of the other schools.

One day after the draft. Normally this wouldn’t be any sort of news in our circles but, the fact that Tanner Vallejo was scouted and subsequently drafted by the previous group, this could get... awkward. The new front office may want to head in different directions as far as player personnel goes. But, for the time being, Mr. Vallejo has a chance and I have a feeling that is all he needs.
Here is the relevant part in a nutshell.
Emily Venters, a senior at Lawrence Free State and a Boise State signee, beat the former meet record by almost nine seconds and finished third in 10:16.61. The times of the three distance standouts rank fifth, sixth and eighth fastest in the nation.
