The Weapon and the Suplex King were the only two Broncos drafted this weekend, but there’s still good news for the remaining Bronco alums as several signed free agent deals with NFL teams and a few more procured tryouts. The biggest post-draft story, as far as Bronco Nation is concerned is the free agent signings of CB Jonathan Moxey and WR Thomas Sperbeck—both will be joining Jeremy McNichols (and Doug Martin) in Tampa Bay as undrafted free agents. Certainly Dirk Koetter’s head coaching gig paying a few dividends as they try to become the Dallas Cowboys of the NFC South. Apparently, Sperbeck’s uncle Jeff is the principal at the NOVO Agency...which maybe helped a bit too?
Congratulations to my nephew Thomas Sperbeck for signing with the @TBBuccaneers. Well deserved.

Former Boise State O-lineman Travis Averill was able to snag an UDFA spot with the...er...Super Bowl runners-up Atlanta Falcons and D-lineman Sam McCaskill is headed to the Minnesota Vikings on a free agent contract. Last but not least...the Steele Canyon bros Chanceller James and Mario Yakoo landed tryouts with a few teams (Saints, 49ers, Raiders, and Redskins among them).
For now, that wraps up the Boise State draft/post-draft movement...but until any other news hits the wires, you can enjoy this brief Jeremy McNichols champagne bath with his old pal Jay Ajayi.
