I bet none of you will see this one coming.

Bronco softball snags win down in Fresno
It’s a big win for the Broncos (3-3 MWC) to keep them only one game back behind Fresno State (4-2) in the standings. That is, essentially, a two game swing only being back one game instead of three. The Broncos will be back in action at Dona Larsen Park this week against the Utah State Aggies.
Bronco gymnast gets a second-team All-American honor
Congratulations to Ms. Diana Mejia for her honor. She’s been an integral part of the Broncos’ winning ways and getting them to their no. 2 seed at NCAA regionals. The Broncos have a lot of momentum going into the competition so it will be imperative for Ms. Mejia to continue her strong run.
Talkin’ Broncos win a fourth consecutive national championship
Unfortunately I could not find anything published other than this tweet (which was re-tweeted by the official Boise State account):
S/O to @Talkin_Broncos for taking the 4th consecutive @PiKappaDelta National Championship #SpeechAndDebate @boisestatelive
— Monica C Cutler (@MC_Cutler) March 26, 2017
But, you know, a competition that Boise State really excels at that requires something more than athletic ability does not fit the narrative that Boise State is a “trucker school.” Taking nothing away from those individuals that excel on the athletic side, the ability for the Broncos to break that mold and really show there is more than athletics is fantastic. Congratulations to all these competitors and looking forward to seeing them continue the winning tradition.
I look forward to a follow up article coming soon.
