After the unexpected announcement that Joe Martarano would forego his senior season to pursue a career in MLB, Boise State quickly picked up a commitment from JC MLB Joseph Inda.

Listed at 6’2 and 230lbs, Inda quickly and quietly became a top target to replace the departed JoeMart and wasted no time while on his official visit this weekend. While he was hearing from Nevada, ULL, Utah State and Charlotte along with many FCS schools, BSU offered the talented LB prior to his visit.
This season as a sophomore at Golden West JC, Inda posted 48 tackles, 2 sacks, 11 tackles for loss, a forced fumble and an interception. He was also named First Team All-Conference in the National Division for GWC.
His highlights show just the kind of things I like to see: quick breaks on the ball, merciless tackling and a general on the field. Joseph will provide an immediate impact for the Broncos. We’re all sad to see Joe go, but Inda’s commitment certainly will soften the blow.
Welcome to Bronco Nation Joseph!
