Boise State alum is Super Bowl champ for second straight year

I know the Patriots are about as popular as a rash...but that’s what happens when you’ve been on top for so long. The Atlanta Falcons did all they could to stop Tom Brady from winning his 5th Super Bowl championship, but in the end it was all choking by the Falcons and all history for the Patriots. If you’re a Pats hater (and believe me, you have every reason to be), there is at least one silver lining and that is that Boise State great Shea McClellin is now a Super Bowl champ—the second straight alum to get that bling (Matt Paradis won his with Denver last season). Furthermore, McClellin is the second-straight local product to collect the NFL’s most coveted hardware—hailing from Marsing, Idaho.

Congrats, Shea...couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy or a better Bronco.
