Wake Up, Bronco Nation: Women’s XC ranked; Graham DeLaet; 49ers trade?; Avery Williams honored by MWC

NCAA Football: Boise State at San Diego State Jake Roth-USA TODAY Sports

I have a Polish friend who is a sound engineer.

I have a Czech one too, a Czech one too.

Boise State women’s XC is no. 3 in the west

This is kind of a confusing regional ranking as BYU and New Mexico are in the Mountain Region while the Broncos are in the West. Oregon and San Francisco are no. 1 and 2 respectively.

Graham DeLaet is ranked 103rd in the world

The article is in French so hopefully you have a web browser that can translate it for you.

49ers deny trying to trade RB Carlos Hyde

Their efforts could be more rebuilding and trying to get pieces for the future. Who knows if the rumors are true, but with Jeremy McNichols on the practice squad, it could spur some playing time. But that is just pure conjecture.

Avery Williams recognized by the Mountain West Conference

Which was a no-brainer. I hope Wyoming also kicks to Williams. Would be very nice.

Chandler Hutchison getting some looks from the NBA

This is welcomed news from the Bronco basketballer.

The one positive to the NCAA basketball rules is it gives players a chance to test their waters without risking their eligibility. Being honest: I thought Huthison was gonezo once he tried out. I am glad he came back, but would have supported his decision either way. If he has the chance to make an NBA roster, more power to him.
