Seriously though. Boise State had a 3 TD lead in the 4th quarter on WSU, and only lost due to a perfect storm of unfathomable circumstances. The Broncos were DOMINATING the Cougs before the Shovel-Pass-Heard-Round-The-Northwest and the Buy-A-Lottery-Ticket lucky punt bounce. And then that same WSU squad just went ahead and upset #5 USC on Friday. So that was...interesting. But then Troy goes and offs a ranked LSU team...IN Death Valley!. They’d previously enjoyed a 49-game home winning streak against non-conference opponents. This leads us to the only reasonable question that CAN be asked: WHAT THE BW WAS THAT VIRGINIA GAME ALL ABOUT??

Answer: I still don’t know. On the plus side, BSU has what on paper appears to be a prime tune-up game against BYU this coming Friday before heading down to San Diego for a date with the #19 Aztecs.
