The mundane

Basically the whole depth chart. Only one change again. Which, again, could be construed as a good sign, injury-wise.

The interesting

There’s 7 ‘or’s on this depth chart. Including specialists, there’s only like 27 positions. That’s a significant amount of indecision!...or misdirection. However you want to look at it.

The more interestinger

Roh and Martarano are still listed as starters. They were listed as starters the last 2 weeks and did not play. Harsin even confirmed that Roh and Martarano would be ready to play in his Tuesday presser last week. Still didn’t play. So, apparently, Coach is going to play this close to the vest for the foreseeable future. I suppose we’ll know their being ready is finally true when we finally see them on the field.

This prevents us from reading into the playing status of Vallejo (and others) this week. He’s also still listed as a starter after leaving the field in the second half, to be seen in street clothes later. I suppose there is a bright side in that it also prevents Utah State from knowing who they should prepare for at that position.

The most interestingest

The only actual change to the depth chart this week: Alexander Mattison promoted to an ‘OR’ at the running back spot. I’d say he’s earned it!

Your Turn

Anything else about the roster that should be discussed? What are your thoughts?
