Wake Up, Bronco Nation: Orlando Scandrick returns; volleyball team ranked

Where could the Broncos end up?

Yes, you might be very kind.

But German children are kinder.

Orlando Scandrick getting back on the field

As you may remember, the former Bronco got hurt last year. I am glad that he is able to get on the field again despite that setback. He had gotten quite the sizable contract right before getting hurt and that is a bummer.

Boise State volleyball ranked #22

This is the inaugural mid-major poll for this publication. If you guys get a chance to see the volleyball team they are worth your time. There are three teams from the Mountain West Conference in this poll. Colorado State had edged out Boise State for the conference’s lone NCAA spot last year. The Broncos look to improve upon that mark. Coach Shawn Garus has got his squad in a good place.

Louisiana-Lafayette names a starter at QB

And that would be the former LSU transfer.

I am always curious just what kind of impact is expected from these types of transfers. While I do hope for positive things from the Ragin’ Cajuns throughout the season, there is one game I do not wish them well.

Former Bronco Ryan Finley co-starter

Well that is interesting.

And he gets to do so with three years left on his clock. Who knows what sort of restriction the Broncos placed on Mr. Finley for his transfer (I certainly hope none) but landing with a former offensive coordinator is most certainly not a coincidence.

Good luck Mr. Finley.

Miscellinkeous

So this is pretty cool. It is a fake concert ticket generator. I could see if someone wanted to make fun invitations to a party, these would be pretty unique (also including inviting a certain handsome Boise State blogger would be cool).
