Wow. Last time I wrote a countdown article we were still in the 80's. Now we're already halfway through the 70's?? That's crazy! Let's dish some info on another newbie to the OL, #74 Archie Lewis.
#74, Archie Lewis, RS Junior, OT
Stats
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 300lbs (+9)
High School: Rancho Cucamonga High School, Rancho Cucamonga, CA
How'd he get to the Blue™?
Archie is a product of the California pipeline that Boise State has developed. He's specifically out of Rancho Cucamonga HS in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. He missed his first two years of high school ball due to injury, but was a starter his final two years along with being named second-team All-Baseline League as an OT his senior year.
Nickname
"Bunker"
I'm stealing this from Drew for nostalgia reasons.

Career Highlights
As I stated above, Archie was a 2 year starter on the OL at RCHS, earning second-team All-Baseline League as a senior. He grey shirted in 2012 and red shirted in 2013 before finally seeing the field in 11 games in 2014, starting 5 of them. In 2015, he played in 13 games, starting 8 of them. He was part of an O-line that led the Mountain West in total offense and scoring offense.
2016 Prospectus
2016 could be a great year for Archie. He is in prime position to be, at minimum, on the 2-deep. That's if he wants it bad enough. There is a glut of young talent coming in chomping at the bit to play ASAP. The modus for O-line players is the red shirt their freshman season. Huff is going to play his best players, and if those happen to be true freshman, so be it.
Averill, Baggett, Hampton and Yakoo most likely have 4 positions on lock-down. I anticipate Will Adams to slide into the 5th for the starters. That isn't to say someone can't nab THAT spot too, but Will has a ton of experience playing at a very high level. That leaves Tercek and Lewis as next in line from a seniority perspective. If Archie plays to his potential, he'll see the field plenty this fall.
Is he on Twitter?
While there is a plethora of Archie Lewises on the Twitterverse, OUR Archie Lewis is not.
Completely made up fact
Despite popular belief and assumption, Archie's favorite comic strip is Dilbert.
