NFL Draft Boise State Livethread

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

Tonight is the night folks. The night we find out if Boise State has another first rounder to brag about. Projections for Kamalei Correa have been a bit back and forth regarding his ability to get into the first round. Personally I see Correa as another Shea McClellin-type. Athletic "tweener" who COULD play with a hand in the dirt but more successful as an outside linebacker.

Tomorrow and thoughout the weekend we will also find out just how many more Broncos will be able to claim the title of "drafted". Darian Thompson and Rees Odhiambo will, most likely, get their respective names called. Donte Deayon is a bit of a stretch. While I know we ALL will be excited to see/hear his name called, his projections have not been as favorable. No shame in being an in drafted free agaent, just as long as a team is willing pay them.

For now let us sit back, relax, and enjoy the NFL Draft!

UPDATE 1: Well. Kamalei Correa nor Darian Thompson were taken in the first round. Disappointing. But tomorrow is a new day. The second and third rounds start at 5 p.m. MST and airing on ESPN. Use SB Nation's live tracker.

UPDATE 2: Kamalei Correa taken in second round.

UPDATE 3: And we have our second Bronco sighting:

UPDATE 4: HA! One more Bronco taken in the draft!

UPDATE 5: Tune in Saturday at 10 a.m. MST for rounds four through seven to see if any other Broncos join Mr. Correa, Mr. Thompson, and Mr. Odhiambo in the "I got drafted" club.

Broncos that are still available: Marcus Henry, Shane Williams-Rhodes, Donte Deayon, and Tyler Horn. Am I missing any others?

While it is doubtful that we will be dedicating our time to the draft (like Thursday and Friday) we will be keeping our eyes and ears open for any news about a Boise State draftee.

UPDATE 6: And the final day is upon us. Hopefully Donte Deayon, Marcus Henry, and any other Broncos get picked up!
