It's up to Thursday to prime us for the start of the weekend.
Today is Lyle Smith's 100 birthday
And the Idaho Statesman put together this really cool video in his honor. Man, I think my allergies are acting up.
Shea McClellin signs with the Patriots
Well this will make the OBNUG Godfather, Kevan Lee, happy.
Former Chicago LB Shea McClellin is signing a 3-year deal with the Patriots, per source.

Good for Shea in getting a three year deal. He will be a playmaker for the Patriots in no time.
Boise State golfer Samantha Martin wins golfer of the week
Kudos to the Bronco to win the BYU at Entrada Open. Golf is such a frustrating sport, that I could never get the hang of it (read: I am a really bad golfer). But I love to mini-golf. That counts, right?! Anyway, Good to see Broncos hitting the links and coming away with a win.
Idaho men's basketball loses in first round of CBI
At this point, this is just schadenfreude.
Idaho loses to Seattle in the 1st round of the CBI, 68-63. Vandals finish season at 21-13, an 8-win improvement from last season.

Misery loves company Vandals.
Broncos swim!!
The Broncos were able to clock in their third fastest time in school history in the 800 free relay at the NCAA championships. Which is great. Putting it into context for the rest of the field? Only good for 22nd. The Broncos would have needed to finish in 16th place to advance so this particular grouping is done, but there still are races to be won for the Broncos.
Who would win the NCAA Tournament if every mascot fought to the death?
Legit question. There are some cool mascots out there. And some ferocious ones!
