A man went to a zoo, and it only had a dog.
It was a shih tzu.
Bronco volleyball nabs some pretty important awards
Sierra Nobley received Mountain West Conference player of the year. Head Coach Shawn Garus nabbed MWC Coach of the Year (second year in a row).
In addition, Boise State MWC first-teamers included: Sierra Nobley (which marks her third-straight year of getting a first-team nod), Maddy O'Donnell, Kaitlyn Oliver, and Maddi Osburn. Sabryn Roberts was tabbed as an Honorable Mention.
Great recognition for a great team!
Well how about this: Dan Hawkins the head coach at UC Davis
Coach Dan Hawkins was going to be the offensive coordinator at FIU. Up until this opportunity presented itself. This is pretty great for the former Boise State head man. I hope he is able to find a lot of success and reclaim his winning ways.
This will be a fun stat that comes up: Alabama closing in on 50 wins
And I am curious who would have gotten there first...
Ohio State matched Boise State's 50 wins from 2008-11 last year. https://t.co/lLAz47TZUE

Alabama is, basically, assured to move ahead of the 50-win mark. What with the SEC title game against Florida, then the first round of the CFP. Weird things happen, sure, but right now it’s Alabama’s world and we are just living in it.
ICYMI: Bronco men’s basketball lets one slip away at Oregon
The Broncos led by as many as 14, but let their lead slip away and faded down the stretch. Still a decent showing by the Broncos as they did not let the Ducks run away with the game. Maybe next time.
