No one knows quite what to think of the 2016-17 Bronco men’s basketball team yet. The team is 3-2 on the year, with both losses coming at the Charleston Classic basketball tourney (where the team finished 7th out of 8 teams) and two of three wins coming against teams you’d have to google to find out if they’re four-year universities. The Broncos have found some new leaders, like Chandler Hutchison...who is nearly averaging a double-double, and some new contributors, like frosh Justinian Jessup—who dropped 20 on Presbyterian last Friday. Still, this is a team in search of some quick solutions as the schedule starts to get tough starting tonight against the 23rd ranked Oregon Ducks, a team the Broncos defeated last season, but at home and with players like Anthony Drmic and James Webb in the lineup.
The return trip to Eugene promises to be a much stiffer challenge for the young Broncos and will serve as a nice bellwether for the upcoming MWC season. The Ducks are coming off an Elite Eight appearance last season and have many key pieces back from their impressive 2015 squad, including Chris Boucher (15 PPG) and All-American Dillon Brooks (11.3 PPG). Winning in Eugene will be tough, but a win there tonight could indicate the kitchen timer is dinging early for a Bronco squad flush with talent, but relatively short on experience.
How to watch
The game will be broadcast nationally on the Pac-12 Network starting at 9PM. If you don’t have the Pac-12 Network, you can visit one of these fine establishments:
Alright @BroncoSportsMBB fans: I have found 3 places that will have the game vs. Oregon tomorrow (9 pm, Pac12 Net): BWW, Big Als & Pinnacle.

Protip: Big Al’s large nachos can feed a family of 12.
If you would rather stay in, you can tune your radio to 670 KBOI and listen to Bob Behler and Honest Abe Jackson or listen live HERE. If all those options fail you, I suppose you'll have to just imagine the game...but that's cool because in your head Chandler Hutchison is invincible and the team all had Flubber ironed on to their soles like the Medfield hoops team.
