Predict the Score: Boise State vs. Colorado State

NCAA Football: Boise State at New Mexico Sean Pokorny-USA TODAY Sports

It is homecoming week and the Broncos are going to be playing a football game in between all the Fiesta Bowl I festivities. The Broncos are, currently, 28.5 point favorites against the Colorado State Rams. That is a big number to be up for a Big 12 conference opponent. And with the Rams’ true Freshman QB, Colin Hill, out for the rest of the season it will be up to last year’s starter, Nick Stevens, to lead the offense the rest of the way. Who knows if the Broncos will cover. But, until then, let us predict a score!

Tiebreakers:

  • Devan Demas carries
  • Sam McCaskill tackles
  • Sean Wale punts

What do I get if I win?

Well, we’re still going to have to go with that whole “bragging rights” thing.

As a follow up to the Washington State predict the score, I finally paid the debt to Nuggie Egnowit with a firm handshake! It was nice meeting you sir!

What about the New Mexico predict the score?

Wow. You guys did pretty well with that one. Some pretty close picks. But while the actual score was 49-21, Nuggie BroncoKodman got pretty darn close with a 45-21 pick. And there were no ties on this one (yay!) so did not have to break out the tiebreakers.

So, congratulaions BroncoKodman! You get to brag about getting the score right!

Your turn

Sorry about the late post on this one guys. Life comes at you fast and, well, I just was not fast enough to get this one out in a timely manner. But it is not like we don’t have all day Saturday to get a score in. [Silently cries at a 8:15 p.m. kickoff]

So let me know what you think the game will turn out!
