Wake Up, Bronco Nation: Jay Ajayi; Boise State stands alone; Bowl spots?

Boise State v New Mexico Photo by Adria Malcolm/Getty Images

My dog gave birth to some puppies near the road last week.

She was ticketed for littering.

Jay Ajayi scored a touchdown last week for the Miami Dolphins

Which is awesome! They ultimately lost to the Tennessee Titans 30-17. Which is less awesome (for Miami fans). But que sera, sera. All I, ultimately, care about is former Broncos doing all right. And Mr. Ajayi had an...ok(?) day? 13 carries for 42 yards (3.2 average) and a touchdown. The Dolphins, on the whole, are not that great. Just a meager 1-4 now.

But at least we get an Ajayi picture of the game!

Boom!

Bronco soccer closes the weekend with a win

The Broncos are continuing to excel in their conference slate. They beat the Fresno State Bulldogs 2-1 on Sunday. And Raimee Sherle is adding to her résumé for Mountain West Freshman of the Year and first-team All-MWC. She managed to score the game winning goal in the 57th minute to elevate the Broncos. They are now 5-8-2, 4-1-1 in the MWC, and still trending up!

I just wanted an excuse to post this

Because everyone needs to see a Rypien-to-Wilson fade for a touchdown.

And if you have already seen it, watch it again.

And now that Miami trailed Florida State (and ultimately lost)

Boise State is the only team in the nation that has not trailed, at all, on the season.

Is that good?

Folks at ESPN have updated their Bowl landing spots

I doubt I really have to encourage you to click as the weekend as very kind to the Broncos. So, having said that, it is good news. But there is still a lot of football left. But, I am going to dream anyway.

Boise State lacrosse starts their season with a pair (?) of wins

I say that with a bit of a question because it appears that two teams won.

The Boise State White team.

And Boise State Blue.

So that is awesome.
