Boise State tames the Aggies

Duncan bounced back from a forgettable performance to the tune of 15 points and 3-5 beyond the arc. Hutchinson started some chatter on Twitter as to what his nickname should be with a CLUTCH performance (like Clutchison myself), specifically in the second half. He finished with 15 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists. Webb III did Webby things, pitching in 12 points and 5 rebounds. Drmic, while having an off night from a shooting standpoint, played keep-away at the hoop, grabbing 9 rebounds. And of course, Thompson had a team-high 17 points with 6 rebounds and 6 assists to go along with it.

See all those stats? That is indicative of a complete game. No big leads in the first half with a second half letdown. This was a complete game, away from the Bell, against a decent team (9-5 is decent, right?). You know what else? This team is DANGEROUS. Drmic, the senior leader on this team, had zero points and they still won by 15. 4 players scored in double-digits and only two failed to get to the hoop.

This team is coming together and they could make a special run this year. I don't want to get ahead of myself, but I'm becoming more and more optimistic about this team, and more and more worried that our lack of churros may cause Rice to have wandering eyes...
