Broncos have another fruitful recruiting weekend, land big Arizona OT

Brian Losness-USA TODAY Sports

Boise State fans saw two tell-tale, commitment signaling "GO BRONCOS" tweets from Bryan Harsin yesterday, but only one—Alexander Mattison—had been accounted for. Well, now we're two for two as Corona Del Sol (AZ) offensive tackle Austin Dixon (6'6" 265 lbs) announced his verbal commitment on the same twitter machine.

The Tempe OT has the frame to be a monster on the line after Jeff Pitman gets a hold of him and was a late riser in recruiting circles, picking up a Purdue offer just last week to go along with his five other offers from the likes of Nevada, Hawaii, New Mexico State, Weber State, and of course—the Broncos. Even with his late recruiting surge, it was heavily implied on Dixon's personal twitter account that the Boise State offer was the one he'd been waiting for and many expected a verbal after his official visit this weekend. Lo, and behold!

Take a look at Dixon's highlights below and you'll see the athleticism and versatility that should make him a great contributor a year or so down the road.
