Boise State Players Doing Yoga
To improve flexibility, the football team is doing mandatory yoga routines as part of their exercise regimen this summer. My wife has got me doing yoga, too, and I find that it can be very relaxing. My favorite pose:
I didn't realize what a stud monkey Shane Williams-Rhodes was! The article talks about his bench and squat numbers (300 and 500, respectively), and this, combined with his quickness, is why he's on watch-lists for Most Versatile Player.
