Good Morning, Bronco Nation. It is a Monday, but that doesn't mean it has to be all bad. Let's kick off our week right and show some love to some of our amazing athletes. But first some news from my home town. For those of you who aren't into boxing at all, back home in Seattle Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao is a HUGE deal to our community. Being from a town of mostly Pacific Islanders we were all happy to see our favorite boxer back on top. Here is where you can check out some info on him.
In case you were working or had something important to do during the spring game something you missed was the statue of liberty. It was back in action during the spring game. What a great way to get everyone excited for next years football season. Also, here is a stats recap of the spring game HERE. I'm almost sad that school is going to end soon.
I have never been one to be big into tennis, until recently. This weekend I went to my 5th or so tennis match ever and let me tell you, our team is fun to watch. Not only are they fun, but they are some talented men. Defeating San Diego State this weekend puts them at a 22-4 season.
Back On The Diamond With A Vengence:
Boise State Softball sweeps in Reno this weekend. An impressive game looking at the stats in the article. These women are looking very good this year. Let's see where they take for the remainder of the season.
Women's Tennis was back on the road this weekend, heading their way down to Colorado. A 6-1 victory guaranteed these talented women to come home with a smile on their face this week. This was the Bronco's final match of the season leaving them with a 13-9 record. Very impressive ladies.
We have some new records on our hands. Boise State track and field competed extremely well down in Arizona this weekend winning three events and breaking a school record. Come check out what impact track and field is making for our school.
