Turning point

Boise State did not turn the ball over in the first half, so sometime in the first 20 minutes, I'd imagine the Spartans knew it wasn't in the cards for them. The Broncos led big just as soon as it was mathematically possoble, and the biggest drama the rest of the way was a Dez Trent three at the buzzer fof no particular reason.

Ramifications

Boise State came off the schneid in a big way and made the most of a winnable game against the Spartans. Is it the impetus for a run through Mountain West play? It got them over .500, which is a start. Winnable Air Force is next.
