Chris Petersen is one of the most highly sought after coaches in the country. His astounding record at Boise State has been the cause for much debate and intrigue from larger universities. However, Petersen has always maintained that he loves Boise, and loves his family being in Boise. This is the first time that I've ever read more detailed answers from Coach Pete about the potential of him leaving in the near future. What do you guys think? Is Coach Pete on his way out?
It's no secret that Boise has lost a number of star players over the past few years due to disciplinary issues. Coach Pete has had to show his iron fist at times, even getting rid of starters who have a great impact on the success of the organization. With the Broncos getting better each year in the recruiting department, we will undoubtedly see an increase in the prima donna type of attitude. Although Pete and the crew do look for the OKG mentality, some of those traits don't always rear their heads during the recruiting trail. Can we stay out of major trouble going forward?
University of Washington's star Tight End, Austin Seferian-Jenkins, will be with the Huskies at the start of fall camp. ASJ has been in a bit of trouble with the law lately, and many have wondered if his choice decisions would lead to a suspension for their home-opener against the Broncos. It's looking like we have our answer.
