Former Broncos perform well at Boise State Pro Day
Jamar Taylor, Dan Paul, D.J. Harper, J.C. Percy, Mike Atkinson, and Jerrell Gavins all performed on Thursday at the Boise State Pro Day. Everyone did well and seemingly improved their positions going into the upcoming draft season and team workouts (for the free agents who aren't drafted/signed). Taylor is predicted to go late first round or early second round.
Mountain West not looking so hot in tournament
The Mountain West, one of the strongest conferences in the country (based on RPI) is noticeably struggling at the NCAA tournament. The Broncos lost their play-in game on Wednesday, while UNLV and conference champion New Mexico lost on Thursday. New Mexico, a 3-seed, was upset by Ivy League school, Harvard. Only a small percentage of all ESPN bracket had Harvard picked to win, and as of Thursday night, there were only 1,331 perfect brackets remaining. Thanks, Lobos.
