Yeah I'm not sure I agree with this anymore...
Sure the team still has a “blue collar” mentality. And yes they don’t recruit 4 and 5 star guys. But remind me again how many guys were just drafted and/or made it into NFL camps??
I think we’re past the days, that he mentioned, that there are only 1 or 2 “stars” on the team surrounded by a bunch of overachievers. Coach Pete is grabbing guys that are being mostly overlooked but are still talented and smart athletes.
